ISRO Launches NVS-03 to Enhance India's NavIC Navigation System

ISRO successfully launched the NVS-03 satellite using the GSLV from Satish Dhawan Space Centre. NVS-03 is a key addition to India's NavIC system, carrying an indigenous Rubidium atomic clock and transmitting signals in L1, L5, and S bands. The L1 band compatibility improves civilian navigation on smartphones and wearables. The atomic clock also supports precise timekeeping for banks, stock exchanges, and armed forces.
