IndiGo Raises Fuel Surcharges on Domestic and International Flights from Oct 6

IndiGo announced a fuel surcharge hike effective October 6, 2026, due to a sharp rise in Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) prices, which increased over 14% month-on-month, reaching the highest levels in a decade. Domestic fuel charges now range from Rs 375 for flights up to 500 km to Rs 1,300 for flights over 2,000 km. International fuel charges are also revised based on distance and destination.
