Indian Oil Corporation (IndianOil) plans to introduce its own packaged drinking water brand at its 43,603 retail outlets, aiming to boost non-fuel revenue. The rollout will start at 21,435 highway outlets and expand to urban and rural areas. IndianOil seeks partners to manage production and logistics under an aggregator model, while retaining brand ownership. Initial offerings include 250 ml, 500 ml, and 1-litre PET bottles, with the 1-litre bottle as the lead product.
