Indian Railways to Renumber Nine Train Pairs in Karnataka from Jan 2027

Indian Railways will change the numbers of nine pairs of trains operating in Karnataka starting January 2027. For example, Mysuru-KSR Bengaluru-Belagavi Vishwamanava Superfast Express (20676/20675) will be renumbered to 16275/16276 and will no longer be superfast. Other trains like Yeshwantpur-Thiruvananthapuram Central Express and Ashokapuram-KSR Bengaluru Malgudi Daily Express will also get new numbers effective early January.
