Indian Railways Approves Productivity Linked Bonus for 11 Lakh Employees

The Indian government has approved a Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) for over 11 lakh Indian Railway employees as a festive gift. Additionally, 1.65 lakh railway positions are being recruited, with 5 lakh jobs created since 2014. The cabinet also approved strategic restructuring of IDBI Bank with a major foreign direct investment, retaining 34% government and LIC stake.
