Indian Para Athlete Anmol Vashistha Banned for Three Years for Doping

The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) has imposed a three-year ban on Indian para athlete Anmol Vashistha after he tested positive for a banned anabolic steroid during the World Para Athletics Grand Prix in New Delhi in March. The sample was taken during the men's javelin throw F55 event on March 11. The ban will last from April 24, 2026, to April 23, 2029, during which he cannot participate in any competitions or sports activities.
