Indian Crew Member Dies as Vessel Sinks Near Strait of Hormuz
An Indian seafarer died and four others were injured after a wooden dhow carrying 18 Indian crew members caught fire and capsized near the Strait of Hormuz. The injured are receiving treatment in Dubai. The Indian Consulate is coordinating with the dhow owner and providing assistance to the crew and families. The cause of the fire is under investigation amid regional tensions.
