India plans to confront Pakistan at the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) plenary meeting starting October 28 over Islamabad's failure to act against UN-designated terrorist Masood Azhar, leader of Jaish-e-Mohammed. India disputes Pakistan's claim that Azhar is in Afghanistan, citing Taliban denial. While Pakistan has acted against other terrorists like Hafiz Saeed, no evidence exists of action against Azhar. India has sought support from FATF members ahead of the Paris meeting.
