India Successfully Tests Indigenous High-Altitude Platform System (HAPS)

DRDO has successfully conducted a flight test of the indigenously developed High Altitude Platform System (HAPS). The platform reached an altitude of 21 kilometers and operated at around 20 kilometers for over 30 minutes. It was safely recovered after the flight. Real-time video and other data were transmitted to the ground control station during the test.
