INDIA Bloc Petitions Supreme Court to Pause Voter Deletion Audit

Rahul Gandhi and 10 INDIA bloc leaders filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the Election Commission of India (ECI) concerning the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) and alleged poll irregularities. The petition requests suspension of the ongoing SIR, citing arbitrary actions by Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and infringement of citizens' voting rights. The petition was filed by Gandhi's advocate S Prasanna.
