India and V4 Countries Agree to Strengthen Ties, Jaishankar Announces Annual Meetings
External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar announced that India and the Visegrád Group countries—Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic—have agreed to deepen cooperation in political, economic, technology, defence, and people-to-people relations. This decision followed the first V4+India Foreign Ministers’ Meeting held alongside the 81st United Nations General Assembly. Annual Finance Minister meetings and a business forum will be established.
