IISc Honors Eight Alumni for Science and Technology Contributions

The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) will honor eight alumni with Distinguished Alumnus/Alumna Awards and Young Alumnus/Alumna Medals for their exceptional contributions to science, technology, and society. The Distinguished awardees include B S Manjunath, Dipakar Das Sarma, Jagannath Nayak, Maruthi R Akella, and Rajat Moona. Young awardees under 40 are Abhishek Sinha, Geethu Joseph, and Himanshu Joshi. The ceremony is scheduled for December 19, 2026, at IISc's JN Tata Auditorium in Bengaluru.

IMA Urges CBFC to Deny Certification to Sunny Deol's Film Over Violence Against Doctors
