IIM Lucknow Launches MBA in Family Business for Next-Gen Leaders

IIM Lucknow has introduced a two-year MBA in Family Business to train future leaders of family enterprises. The program starts in July 2027, with application deadlines on December 31 for Phase 1 and April 2, 2027, for Phase 2. It includes six Family Business Labs covering enterprise diagnosis, strategy, succession, leadership transition, innovation, and venture investing, culminating in a 5–10-year Business Transformation and Growth Plan.
