IHCL to Have 700 Hotels by FY27, Says CEO Puneet Chhatwal

Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL), owned by Tata Group, plans to have 700 hotels by 2026-27, ahead of its original 2030 target, said MD and CEO Puneet Chhatwal. The company reported a 23% rise in net profit to ₹349 crore and 21% revenue growth to ₹2,566 crore in Q2FY27. IHCL has signed 47 hotels in FY27 till September, totaling 670, with a room pipeline of 34,800. Revenue growth guidance for FY27 was raised to 15-17%.
