Brenden Cuni, an ICE supervisor, gained attention after a federal agent shot Oscar Belgal during an operation in New York City's Marble Hill on October 8. The NYPD confirmed the shooting occurred near West 225th Street around 4 p.m. and that federal agents were involved, though the shooter’s identity remains unconfirmed. Belgal was hospitalized conscious. Social media circulated photos claiming Cuni was present at the scene.
