Hyundai BAYON launched in India with 1.5L petrol engine and 18.6 kmpl mileage

Hyundai BAYON has been launched in India with a starting ex-showroom price of ₹9.99 lakh. The car is produced at Hyundai's Chennai plant and will be exported to over 50 countries across the Middle East, Africa, Central and South America, and Asia-Pacific. It features a 1.5-liter petrol engine delivering 115 PS power, 144 Nm torque, and claims a mileage of 18.6 kmpl. The car offers eco, normal, and sport driving modes, a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, and 505 liters of boot space. A CNG model is planned for January 2027.
