Hornbill and NBCUniversal Invest $80M in India's EloElo for Phone Dramas

Bengaluru-based EloElo Group, owner of the micro-drama app Story TV, raised $80 million in a Series C funding round led by Hornbill Capital and NBCUniversal. The funds will support original show production, AI-based tools, and international expansion, including the US. Total capital raised is now $130 million, valuing the company at around $500 million. Micro dramas are projected to generate $14 billion globally by 2026.
