HDFC and Kotak Appoint Bengali Anups as CEOs with Different Challenges

HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank appointed new CEOs named Anup on the same day, both with Bengali roots and ICICI connections. Anup Bagchi, an outsider with extensive ICICI experience, will lead HDFC Bank after Sashidhar Jagdishan.
