HD Fire Protect IPO Subscribed 5.88x on Day 2 with Strong NII Demand

HD Fire Protect Ltd.'s IPO, open from October 13 to 15, is an offer for sale of 2.63 crore shares by promoters at a price band of Rs 258-271 per share. Valued at about Rs 4,750 crore at the upper band, the IPO raised Rs 213.11 crore from anchor investors including Bajaj Life Insurance and Axis Max Life Insurance. Domestic mutual funds received 71.88% of anchor shares. Listing is expected on BSE and NSE on October 21.
