HD Fire Protect IPO Closes October 15 with Rs 258-271 Price Band

HD Fire Protect Ltd., a fire protection equipment manufacturer, opened its IPO on October 13 and it closes on October 15. The IPO is an offer for sale of 2.63 crore shares by promoters Harish Narshi Dharamshi and Kusum Harish Dharamshi, with a price band of Rs 258-271 per share. The company will not receive IPO proceeds. Valued at Rs 4,750 crore at the upper band, it raised Rs 213.11 crore from anchor investors including Bajaj Life Insurance and Axis Max Life Insurance. Shares will list on BSE and NSE on October 21.
