Harwinder Kumar Deported from UAE, Arrested in Vikas Prabhakar Murder Case

Harwinder Kumar, linked to Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), was deported from the UAE and arrested by India's National Investigation Agency (NIA) for the 2024 murder of Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Vikas Prabhakar in Nangal, Punjab. Prabhakar was killed by BKI terrorists on April 13, 2024. The Pakistan-based BKI chief Wadhawa Singh is the primary accused. The Indian Ministry of Home Affairs highlighted this as a major anti-terrorism breakthrough under its 'Prahaar' strategy.
