Hardeep Puri’s wife owns ₹34-crore Geneva apartment, richer than him

Union minister Hardeep Singh Puri’s wife, Laxmi Puri, earns ₹1.69 crore annually, more than double his ₹75.57 lakh income. She owns a Geneva apartment worth around ₹34 crore, declared in his Rajya Sabha bypoll affidavit. Laxmi, a retired diplomat and UN official, has movable assets worth ₹10.66 crore and foreign currency holdings of about $290,658. Puri filed nomination for the November 12 Rajya Sabha by-election from Madhya Pradesh.
