In 2025, Gurugram topped India’s residential real estate market with launches valued at ₹1.38 lakh crore across 23,809 units, averaging over ₹6 crore per unit, according to PropEquity. Only Gurugram, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad crossed ₹1 lakh crore in launch value. Bengaluru recorded ₹1.30 lakh crore from 72,250 units, Mumbai ₹1.27 lakh crore from 29,627 units, and Hyderabad ₹1.16 lakh crore from 52,388 units. Gurugram’s growth is driven by wealth, premiumisation, migration, and employment.
