ICE Removes Guyanese Immigrant Kanand Ojha Over 2015 Murder

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) removed 45-year-old Kanand Ojha, wanted in Guyana for the 2015 murder of Nephi Noel in Georgetown.
