Gujarat ATS Arrests International Drug Trafficker Salim Dola

The Gujarat ATS arrested Salim Ismail Dola, an international drug trafficker deported from Turkiye, linked to a ₹438.64 crore mephedrone seizure from a Vadodara factory in 2022. Dola supplied chemicals for the drug and managed its trade through a syndicate using dummy companies abroad. He was brought back to India by the Narcotics Control Bureau in April 2024 and taken into ATS custody on October 31.
