GST Collections Rise 23% to ₹2.31 Lakh Crore in October

Gross GST collections in India increased by 23% to over ₹2.31 lakh crore in October 2026, driven by domestic sales and imports. Domestic sales GST rose 16% to ₹1.59 lakh crore, while import GST climbed 42% to ₹72,246 crore. Central GST was ₹42,935 crore, State GST ₹51,340 crore, and Integrated GST over ₹1.37 lakh crore. Net GST collections after refunds grew 26% to ₹2.03 lakh crore.
