BusinessGovernment to Rework Rs 10,000 Crore ATF Price Stabilisation Fund
The Indian government plans to revise the Rs 10,000 crore Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) Price Stabilisation Fund as no airlines have shown interest in the scheme. Approved in June to support airlines and oil marketing companies amid the West Asia crisis, the fund aimed to provide fixed-cost ATF for 36 months. Discussions with airlines and OMCs on a revised plan are expected soon.
