Gold and Silver Prices May Peak on Dhanteras This Year

This festive season, the bullion market is showing a reversal of its usual pattern. Traditionally, gold and silver prices peak around Navratri and then drop by 4-5% by Dhanteras-Diwali. However, this year, prices remain volatile without a record high during Navratri. Gold was ₹1,51,200 per 10 gm and silver ₹2,20,500 per kg recently, with stability over the weekend. Chowk Sarafa Association's Adesh Ku noted continued volatility.
