Godrej Properties Q2FY27 Net Profit Drops 62% to ₹154 Crore

Godrej Properties Ltd reported a 62% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹154 crore in Q2FY27, down from ₹405 crore in Q2FY26. EBITDA fell 72% to ₹171 crore. However, total income rose 38% to ₹2,575 crore. Sales reached ₹8,000 crore in Q2, with half-year bookings up 7% to ₹16,659 crore, the highest ever. Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej highlighted strong operating performance and record collections.
