FPIs Withdraw Rs 34,843 Crore in October, Turn Net Buyers Last Week
Foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) withdrew Rs 34,843 crore from Indian equities in October amid rising economic concerns. Despite significant inflows in July and August, outflows persisted through September. However, by late October, FPIs reversed course and became net buyers, investing around Rs 6,300 crore. Domestic institutional investors also supported market stability amid global uncertainty.
