WorldFour Sanskrit Students Die in Toxic Gas Incident in Vrindavan
In Vrindavan's Chaitanya Vihar area, four Sanskrit students died and one was critically injured after inhaling toxic gas while cleaning an underground water tank at Maharshi Panini Sanskrit Gurukul. The tank, 12-14 feet deep, had emitted a foul odor for days. The students fell unconscious inside the tank during the cleaning. Rescue efforts were launched immediately, but four students aged 16-18 were declared dead at the hospital, while a 15-year-old remains in critical condition.
