WorldFloodwaters from Gomti River Reach Hanuman Temple in Lucknow
The rising water level of the Gomti River in Lucknow has caused flooding in low-lying areas. Floodwaters have reached the Hanuman temple premises. Relief operations are active from Faizullaganj to BKTT. DM Vishakh and Joint Police Commissioner Bablu Kumar inspected affected areas by boat and ordered priority evacuation of pregnant women, children, and elderly to safe locations.
