PoliticsFive CJP Leaders Detained During Protest Demand for Chief Election Commissioner Resignation
Five prominent leaders of the CJP, including founder Abhijeet Deepak and co-coordinator Saurabh Das, were detained during a protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. YouTuber Dhruv Rathi was also taken into custody in Gurugram. Legal head Ratna Singh and three other lawyers were detained as well. The protest was called for October 10 to press the resignation demand.
