Fishermen to Protest Against Secretariat at Foreshore Estate

Fishermen from villages between Nochikuppam and Srinivasapuram will hold a black flag protest on Sunday opposing the proposed Secretariat at Foreshore Estate. They demand the return of lands in Mullikuppam and Mullimanagar for village expansion and construction of new houses along Marina Loop Road, as many existing homes are 40-50 years old. Their demands have been submitted to the Chief Minister’s Special Cell.
