EU Sends €1.24 Billion to Ukraine Amid Russian Attacks
The EU has sent €1.24 billion to Ukraine as Russia pursues a deliberate strategy of terror. A Russian strike destroyed an apartment block in Pryluky, Chernihiv region, killing 13 people including four children and injuring about 50. Deaths were also reported in Kyiv and three other cities. In Kremenchuk, Poltava region, two people died and seven were injured during ongoing rescue operations.
