EPFO Revises PF Withdrawal Rules for Medical, Education, Marriage, Housing

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has updated rules for withdrawing from the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) under the EPF Scheme, 2026. Withdrawals are categorized into essential needs, housing, and special circumstances. Members must have at least 12 months of membership for partial withdrawals. Medical expense withdrawals have no limit, education up to 10 times, marriage and housing up to 5 times each, and special circumstances twice per financial year.
