EPFO Launches WhatsApp Service for PF Balance and Transactions

The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has introduced WhatsApp-based services allowing subscribers to check their Provident Fund balance, access passbook details, and view their last five transactions. The service also offers personalized guidance for members under the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana. This initiative was announced by Union Labour Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on EPFO's 74th Foundation Day.
