ENNA Solar to Acquire 166 MW Solar and 612 MWh Battery Project in Romania

ENNA Solar, part of Croatia's ENNA Group, has agreed to acquire a 166 MW solar project with a 612 MWh battery storage system in Medgidia, Constanța County, Romania. Construction will start in Q1 2027, with commercial operations expected by Q1 2028. The project aims to generate approximately 265,932 MWh annually. The acquisition awaits approval from Romanian foreign investment and competition authorities.
