Election Commission Orders Special Drive to Include Left-Out Voters

The Election Commission has directed 20 states and union territories to conduct a special campaign to include eligible left-out and new voters in the electoral rolls where the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process is complete. Booth Level Officers will identify and verify voters missing from the final list by comparing pre-SIR and current lists, aiming to verify 20-25 voters weekly and complete the drive within a month. Eligible voters will be enrolled on the spot using Form-6.
