Election Commission Begins Phase-III Voter List Revision in Karnataka and 15 States

The Election Commission of India has launched Phase-III of the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls starting June 30, covering Karnataka, 15 other states, and three Union Territories. Over 3.94 lakh Booth Level Officers will conduct door-to-door verification to update voter lists ahead of future elections. Final electoral rolls will be published between September and December 2026 across various states.
