ED Summons 7 IAS Officers in Bihar Tender Scam Investigation

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned seven IAS officers, including one Additional Chief Secretary, two Principal Secretaries, and three Secretaries, following allegations of multi-crore tender fraud and money laundering linked to Rishu's company, Reliable Infra Service Pvt Ltd. Forensic phone chats revealed their involvement. The ED suspects leak of confidential tender information aiding contract awards.

Delhi HC refuses to stay probe into journalists accused of casteist remarks on ACP...

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday declined to stay the investigation into two journalists accused of making casteist remarks against ACP Vivek Bhagat. Due to Cyclone Arnab, Odisha has ordered the closure of schools and Anganwadi centres in Khordha, Puri, Ganjam, Koraput, Rayagada, and Nabarangpur districts starting October 27.
