ED raids 10 locations in Odisha, West Bengal over SI exam paper leak

The Enforcement Directorate conducted raids at 10 premises in Odisha and West Bengal regarding the alleged leak of the 2024 Odisha sub-inspector recruitment exam question paper. Searches were carried out at eight locations in Odisha and two in West Bengal. The case originated from an FIR by Odisha Police in October 2025 and was later transferred to the CBI. Candidates were intercepted near Ichhapuram in connection with the leak, with payments of Rs 15-30 lakh promised for access to the paper.
