ED Investigates CoinDCX and Delta Exchange for Illegal Foreign Crypto Transactions

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has launched an investigation into CoinDCX and Delta Exchange for alleged large-scale violations of foreign exchange regulations. The probe focuses on unauthorized cross-border transactions involving crypto derivatives and real-world asset tokens worth thousands of crores. ED conducted searches at three premises linked to Neblio Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (CoinDCX) and Excelium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Delta Exchange) in Bengaluru on November 4 and 5 under FEMA 1999.
