ED Attaches ₹129 Crore Assets in TTD Adulterated Ghee Case

The Enforcement Directorate's Hyderabad office has provisionally attached immovable and movable assets worth ₹129.85 crore linked to accused parties in the adulterated ghee supply to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). The accused include Bhole Baba Organic Dairy Milk Pvt Ltd, Sri Vyshnavi Dairy Specialities Pvt Ltd, their promoters Vipin Jain and Pomil Jain, Sukriti Foods Pvt Ltd, and others. The probe is under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, following an FIR in June 2024 alleging conspiracy, cheating, forgery, and corruption.
