A historic Beverly Hills estate once owned by actor John Barrymore has sold for $14.7 million. The Spanish Colonial compound, built in the late 1920s by architect John Byers, spans nearly an acre in the Post Office neighborhood. The seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom property was purchased by director and producer McG, known for working with Drew Barrymore on the Charlie’s Angels films, continuing its Hollywood legacy.
