EntertainmentDolly Parton's Nephew Seeks Delay in Restraining Order Hearing
Bryan Seaver, Dolly Parton's nephew, has requested a delay in the hearing for a temporary restraining order filed against him and his security company by Parton's estate. The hearing, originally set for October 9 in Tennessee, is sought to be postponed by about 10 days to allow Seaver to secure legal representation. The restraining order stems from allegations by She's Alive, the estate management entity, accusing Seaver of threatening violence and damaging Parton's legacy. She's Alive is managed by Parton's longtime manager Danny Nozell.
