DLF Sells Out Senior Living Project Aureva for ₹1,985 Crore

DLF Limited has sold all 172 units of its senior living project Aureva in Gurugram's Sector 63 for ₹1,985 crore. Each 4 BHK unit averaged ₹11.5 crore. The project spans 4.17 acres with over 750,000 square feet of saleable area. DLF will provide healthcare infrastructure managed by a major company to be decided within four years. About 25% of buyers are NRIs, 65% from Delhi-NCR, and 10% from other parts of India.
