DLF and Everstone Form JV to Invest ₹3,750 Crore in IREO India

DLF Ltd and Singapore-based Everstone Group have signed an exclusive term sheet to create a joint venture investing about ₹3,750 crore for a majority stake in IREO Private Ltd and its Indian group companies. The JV will hold around 40% economic interest in IREO’s Indian entities, acquiring at least 20% stake with governance rights, while FDI funds retain the rest. IREO FDI Fund is India’s largest real estate private equity fund with significant NCR land holdings.
