PoliticsDK Shivakumar Opposes KPCC Proposal for Political Affairs Committee
Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar has opposed KPCC president BK Hariprasad's proposal to form a Political Affairs Committee (PAC) aimed at improving coordination between the Congress party and the state government. The PAC, supported by Hariprasad and former CM Siddaramaiah, was proposed to address issues like the Bidadi AI City project and to involve wider consultation on major decisions. The committee would be chaired by Congress general secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala, with Hariprasad as convenor and include senior leaders and ministers.
