Dentist Saves Injured Indian Pilot on Flydubai Flight
Indian captain Smit Machchhar was severely injured after an attack by co-pilot Hamam al-Hammami on a flydubai flight. Georgian doctor Shota Masuev, a dentist on board, treated Machchhar for 45 minutes using T-shirts and ice packs to control bleeding and keep him conscious. Masuev also helped restrain the attacker. The plane safely landed in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, with over 170 passengers aboard.
